Draft · last updated 10 September 2026

Working draft for the private alpha. Fill in the [bracketed] details and have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before selling.

1. Who you are buying from

Transit Architect is published by [Licensor legal name]. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, collects and remits applicable sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

2. What you are buying

A single licence key for the current Windows alpha build of Transit Architect, including updates released during the alpha period. Pricing is pay-what-you-want with a $15 minimum. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Paying more than the minimum does not unlock additional content.

3. Delivery

After payment, your licence key and a download link are sent to the email address you provide at checkout and shown on the confirmation page. You can also download at any time from the key-gated download page. There is no physical product.

4. Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your location. The total shown before you confirm is what you pay.

5. Licence terms

Your use of the Software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement. In particular, a key activates one machine at a time and may not be shared or resold.

6. Refunds

See the Refund Policy.

7. Chargebacks and abuse

Initiating a chargeback instead of requesting a refund, or sharing or reselling a key, may result in the key being deactivated.

8. Changes

We may change pricing, the roadmap, system requirements, or availability at any time. Changes do not affect a purchase already completed.
